Keep at Work®
Plan Ahead With Our Keep at Work® Program
Good planning for an injured worker’s return to work starts before an injury even occurs. By establishing a “job bank” that includes descriptions of customary job duties for injured workers, employers are prepared in the event of a workplace injury. Descriptions should be provided to the medical clinics used by the company so they are readily available for physician review when an injury occurs.
Employers play a significant role in the recovery of an injured worker. CompWest’s Keep at Work® program is a proven way of decreasing an injured worker’s recovery time by allowing them to quickly and safely return to work with temporary restrictions in accordance with their medical treatment plan.
