Our teams consist of former law enforcement officials specializing in early detection, identification and investigation of potential workers’ compensation insurance fraud. Working alongside them are examiners certified by the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB), who are trained to detect potential fraud early in the claims reporting process in an effort to prevent unnecessary expenses.

While workers’ compensation fraud occurs in a relatively small amount of cases, the costs can have serious financial consequences for business when it does occur.
